Tigres UANL remains in the spotlight in Liga MX after the arrival of Víctor Manuel Vucetich and the departure of Gerardo Torrado. Now, Juan Brunetta's brother, Pedro, has launched an indirect attack on the team's management. Brunetta's brother left a clear message on Instagram, quoting the Liga BBVA MX, which posted the player as the best player after scoring the second goal in Tigres UANL's 2-0 win over Atlante FC on August 22, 2026. a few days ago, a rumor emerged that the South American could become a new important loss for Tigres, after a Saudi Arabian team reportedly offered over 10 million dollars for the Argentine midfielder. Tigres UANL, which is currently 14th in Liga MX with 4 points, 1 win, 1 draw, and 3 losses in 5 games, will have to decide whether to prioritize the sporting aspect and keep one of its main figures or consider an offer that exceeds 10 million dollars irresistible. The possible departure of Brunetta would represent another blow to the felino squad in the middle of the season, especially given the weight the Argentine has in the team's offensive functioning. With a upcoming match against Santos Laguna on August 30, Tigres UANL will have to find a way to maintain its offensive rhythm without one of its key players.
